Our Florida cottage offers a fully loaded luxury kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms. Located in beautiful Secrest Beach, Magnolia Cottages is close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery. Guest enjoy swimming in the seasonally heated pool, hiking, biking, and of course the Emerald Coast. Bike to nearby Rosemary Beach or famous Seaside Village. Seacrest Beach is known for some of the best fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, waterskiing, and unique local shopping. Take a short car ride to Panama City Beach or Destin for the theme parks, water parks, and other attractions. Whatever your interests and desires are, everything for your best vacation ever is right here. Marianne's Cottage is located at 163 Patina in "Magnolia Cottages By The Sea". It's a wonderful beach home with plenty of space for the entire family. Three bedrooms that sleep nine in comfort. The master suite has a king sized bed with a chest or drawers and a walk in closet. 20" TV with DVD and private bath. The queen suite has a queen sized bed with a 20" TV with DVD, lounge chair and full bath. The bunk room has a bunker with a double sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed at top. The bunk room has a private bath. The luxury kitchen offers JennAire appliances with granite counter tops, seats for 8 at the dining table. Additional seating at counter. The launery area is directly off the kitchen with a full sized washing machine and dryer. Our living area offers a queen sized sleeper sofa along with a oversized stuffed chair and ottoman with a club chair at a slate coffee table. Enjoy the 42 inch television with digital cable and DVD player and home theater surround sound. Marianne's Cottage is the perfect place for vacation with everything you want in a beach house, it is going to book up quick for the summer. The bonus.
